SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from our storefront location in Brooklyn, NY within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding all national holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation with a tracking number for easy order tracking.

RETURN POLICY
To return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll contact you either via email or phone once we've received and processed the returned item.
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Any returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Custom orders (including items with school logo) and worn items can not be returned.
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
